38 C.F.R. § 17.152 — Devices to assist in overcoming the handicap of deafness.

§ 17.152 Devices to assist in overcoming the handicap of deafness. Devices for assisting in overcoming the handicap of deafness (including telecaptioning television decoders) may be furnished to any veteran who is profoundly deaf (rated 80% or more disabled for hearing impairment by the Department of Veterans Affairs) and is entitled to compensation on account of such hearing impairment.
