§Â§ 12.0 to 12.6. 12.7 Section 12.7 Pensions, Bonuses, and Veterans' Relief DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS DISPOSITION OF VETERAN'S PERSONAL FUNDS AND EFFECTS Disposition of Veteran's Personal Funds and Effects on Facility upon Death, or Discharge, or Unauthorized Absence, and of Funds and Effects Found on Facility § 12.7 Cases not applicable to provisions of §§ 12.0 to 12.6. The provisions of §§ 12.0 to 12.6 shall be inapplicable to property known to be that of any person dying in or discharged or absent without leave from a Department of Veterans Affairs field facility other than a veteran admitted as such to such field facility.
