§ 11.115 Where to file application. The application for final settlement, accompanied by the veteran's adjusted service certificate, unless the certificate is being held in the Department of Veterans Affairs as collateral for a loan, must be forwarded to the Manager, Veterans Benefits Office, Washington, DC 20421.
