38 C.F.R. § 10.34 — Proof of age of dependent mother or father.
§ 10.34 Proof of age of dependent mother or father. The mother or father of a veteran to be entitled to the presumption of dependency within the meaning of section 602(c) or section 312(c) of the Act, as amended, shall be required to submit proof of age in accordance with the requirements as set forth in regulations of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
