38 C.F.R. § 1.661 — Information to be kept confidential.

§ 1.661 Information to be kept confidential. All information pertaining to inventions and pending patent applications is confidential, and employees having access to such information are forbidden to disclose or reveal the same except as required in the performance of their official duties.
