38 C.F.R. § 1.658 — Right of appeal.
§ 1.658 Right of appeal. In accordance with 37 CFR 501.8, the employee has a right of appeal to the Secretary of Commerce within 30 days of receipt of the Department's determination of ownership rights. The decision reached by the Secretary of Commerce will be communicated to the employee. [61 FR 29658, June 12, 1996]
