37 C.F.R. § 360.32 — Reinstatement of previously withdrawn claims.

§ 360.32 Reinstatement of previously withdrawn claims. Once a claimant has withdrawn a claim, that claim may be reinstated only by order of the Copyright Royalty Judges, on motion showing good cause and lack of prejudice to other claimants to the applicable year's royalty funds.
