37 C.F.R. § 302.1 — Public records and access.

§ 302.1 Public records and access. (a) Inspection. Records of proceedings before the Board will be available for public inspection at the Copyright Royalty Board offices. (b) Requests. Requests for access to records must be directed to the Copyright Royalty Board. No requests for information or access to records shall be directed to or accepted by a Copyright Royalty Judge. Access to records is only available by appointment.
