§ 2.166 Affidavit of continued use or excusable nonuse combined with renewal application. An affidavit or declaration under section 8 of the Act and a renewal application under section 9 of the Act may be combined into a single document, provided that the document meets the requirements of both sections 8 and 9 of the Act.
