37 C.F.R. § 2.148 — Director may suspend certain rules.
§ 2.148 Director may suspend certain rules. In an extraordinary situation, when justice requires and no other party is injured thereby, any requirement of the rules in parts 2, 3, 6, and 7 of this chapter that is not a requirement of the Act may be suspended or waived by the Director.
