37 C.F.R. § 104.3 — Waiver of rules.

§ 104.3 Waiver of rules. In extraordinary situations, when the interest of justice requires, the General Counsel may waive or suspend the rules of this part, sua sponte or on petition of an interested party to the Director, subject to such requirements as the General Counsel may impose. Any such petition must be accompanied by a petition fee of $130.00. [69 FR 56546, Sept. 21, 2004]
