37 C.F.R. § 1.461 — Procedures for transmittal of record copy to the International Bureau.

§ 1.461 Procedures for transmittal of record copy to the International Bureau. (a) Transmittal of the record copy of the international application to the International Bureau shall be made by the United States Receiving Office or as provided by PCT Rule 19.4. (b) [Reserved] (c) No copy of an international application may be transmitted to the International Bureau, a foreign Designated Office, or other foreign authority by the United States Receiving Office or the applicant, unless the applicable requirements of part 5 of this chapter have been satisfied.
