§ 9.181 What enforcement actions can the NPS take? If you engage in a prohibited act described in § 9.180: (a) You may be subject to a fine or imprisonment, or both, in accordance with 36 CFR 1.3; (b) The Superintendent may suspend your operations; or (c) The Regional Director may revoke your approved temporary access permit or operations permit.
