36 C.F.R. § 71.8 — Validation and display of entrance permits.

§ 71.8 Validation and display of entrance permits. (a) Every annual and lifetime permit shall be validated by the signature of its bearer on the face of the permit at the time of its receipt. (b) All annual, lifetime and single-visit permits shall be nontransferable. (c) Every permit shall be kept on the person of its owner, and shall be exhibited on the request of any authorized representative of the administering bureau.
