§ 703.3 Administration responsibilities. The administration of this part shall be the responsibility of the Chief, Office Systems Services (OSS), Library of Congress, 101 Independence Avenue, SE., Washington, DC 20540–9440, and to that end, the Chief may promulgate such supplemental rules or guidelines as may be necessary.
