Requesting parties must serve subpoenas: (a) For Congressional Research Service matters: Director, Congressional Research Service, LM 203, Library of Congress, Washington, DC 20540. (b) For Law Library matters: Law Librarian, LM 240, Library of Congress, Washington, DC 20540. (c) For all other matters: General Counsel, LM 601, Library of Congress, Washington, DC 20540.
