When will the Director make proposals and evaluation documents publicly available?

§ 51.100 When will the Director make proposals and evaluation documents publicly available? In the interest of enhancing competition for concession contracts, the Director will not make publicly available proposals submitted in response to a prospectus or documents generated by the Director in evaluating such proposals, until the date that the new concession contract solicited by the prospectus is awarded. At that time, the Director may or will make the proposals and documents publicly available in accordance with applicable law.
