36 C.F.R. § 21.2 — Penalties.

§ 21.2 Penalties. Any person convicted of violating any provision of the regulations contained in this part, or as the same may be amended or supplemented, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $100 and shall be adjudged to pay all costs of the proceedings.
