36 C.F.R. § 20.3 — Maximum number of permittees.
§ 20.3 Maximum number of permittees. Commercial fishermen to whom the annual revocable permits may be granted shall not exceed the maximum number of persons conducting commercial fishing operations from bases in the area comprising the Park at any one time during the period from April 1, 1937 to December 31, 1939, inclusive.
