36 C.F.R. § 2.33 — Report of injury or damage.

§ 2.33 Report of injury or damage. (a) A person involved in an incident resulting in personal injury or property damage exceeding $300, other than an accident reportable under §§ 3.4 or 4.4 of this chapter, shall report the incident to the superintendent as soon as possible. This notification does not satisfy reporting requirements imposed by applicable State law. (b) Failure to report an incident in accordance with paragraph (a) of this section is prohibited.
