36 C.F.R. § 18.11 — What general provisions must a lease contain?

§ 18.11 What general provisions must a lease contain? All leases entered into under this part must contain terms and conditions that are determined necessary by the Director to assure use of the leased property in a manner consistent with the purposes of the applicable park area as established by law, and where applicable, to assure the preservation of historic property.
