36 C.F.R. § 14.61 — Terms of grant.
§ 14.61 Terms of grant. Except as modified by § 14.60 of this subpart, rights-of-way within the limits of a highway right-of-way granted pursuant to Title 23 U.S.C., and applications for such rights-of-way, are subject to all the regulations of this part pertaining to such rights-of-way.
