36 C.F.R. § 13.410 — Applicability.

§ 13.410 Applicability. Subsistence uses by local rural residents are allowed pursuant to the regulations of this subpart in the following park areas: (a) In national preserves; (b) In Cape Krusenstern National Monument and Kobuk Valley National Park; (c) Where such uses are traditional (as may be further designated for each park or monument in the applicable special regulations of this part) in Aniakchak National Monument, Gates of the Arctic National Park, Lake Clark National Park, Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, and the Denali National Park addition.
