36 C.F.R. § 13.124 — Emergency use.

§ 13.124 Emergency use. During an emergency involving the safety of human life, a person may use any cabin designated by the Superintendent for official government business, general public use or shared subsistence use. The person shall report such use to the Superintendent as soon as is practicable.
