36 C.F.R. § 1192.1 — Purpose.

§ 1192.1 Purpose. This part provides minimum guidelines and requirements for accessibility standards to be issued by the Department of Transportation in 49 CFR part 37 for transportation vehicles required to be accessible by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq ).
