36 C.F.R. § 1121.5 — Access to requested information to the individual.

§ 1121.5 Access to requested information to the individual. Upon verification of identity the Board shall disclose to the individual or authorized representative the information contained in the record which pertains to that individual. Nothing in this section shall allow an individual access to any information compiled in reasonable anticipation of a civil action or proceeding.
