36 C.F.R. § 1002.21 — Smoking.
§ 1002.21 Smoking. (a) The Board may designate a portion of the area administered by the Presidio Trust, or all or a portion of a building, structure or facility as closed to smoking when necessary to protect resources, reduce the risk of fire, or prevent conflicts among visitor use activities. Smoking in an area or location so designated is prohibited. (b) Smoking is prohibited within all caves and caverns. [63 FR 35700, June 30, 1998, as amended at 71 FR 10610, Mar. 2, 2006]
