§ 86.402 Who may be a party in a hearing under this subpart? (a) Only the designated Department official and the IHE that is the subject of the proposed termination or recovery of Federal financial assistance may be parties in a hearing under this subpart. (b) Except as provided in this subpart, no person or organization other than a party may participate in a hearing under this subpart.
