34 C.F.R. § 75.903 — Effective date of termination.
§ 75.903 Effective date of termination. Termination is effective on the latest of: (a) The date of delivery to the grantee of the notice of termination; (b) The termination date given in the notice of termination; or (c) The date of a final decision of the Secretary under part 81 of this title.
