34 C.F.R. § 75.650 — Participation of students enrolled in private schools.
§ 75.650 Participation of students enrolled in private schools. If the authorizing statute for a program requires a grantee to provide for participation by students enrolled in private schools, the grantee shall provide a genuine opportunity for equitable participation in accordance with the requirements that apply to subgrantees under 34 CFR 76.650–76.662.
