§ 75.235 The notification of grant award. (a) To make a grant, the Secretary issues a notification of grant award and sends it to the grantee. (b) The notification of grant award sets the amount of the grant award and establishes other specific conditions, if any. (Authority: 20 U.S.C. 1221e–3 and 3474) [45 FR 22497, Apr. 3, 1980.
