§ 463.75 Who is eligible to receive education services through the Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education program? Individuals who otherwise meet the definition of “eligible individual” and are English language learners, including professionals with degrees and credentials obtained in their native countries, may receive Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education services. (Authority: 29 U.S.C. 3272)
