§ 299.2 What general administrative regulations apply to ESEA programs? Title 2 of the CFR, part 200, as adopted at 2 CFR part 3474, applies to all ESEA programs except for title VII programs (Impact Aid) (in addition to any other specific implementing regulations). Note 1 to § 299.2: 34 CFR 222.19 indicates which EDGAR provisions apply to title VII programs (Impact Aid). [84 FR 31678, July 2, 2019]
