34 C.F.R. § 222.183 — How does an LEA apply for a grant?

§ 222.183 How does an LEA apply for a grant? (a) To apply for funds under this program, an LEA may submit only one application for one educational facility for each competition. (b) An application must— (1) Contain the information required in §§ 222.184 through 222.186, as applicable, and in any application notice that the Secretary may publish in the Federal Register ; and (2) Be timely filed in accordance with the provisions of the Secretary's application notice.
