§ 222.158 What procedures apply to the Secretary's review of an initial decision? When the Secretary reviews an initial decision, the Secretary— (a) Notifies the applicant in writing that it may file a written statement or comments; and (b) Mails to each party written notice of the Secretary's final decision.
