34 C.F.R. § 110.21 — Notice to subrecipients.
§ 110.21 Notice to subrecipients. If the recipient initially receiving funds makes the funds available to a subrecipient, the recipient shall notify the subrecipient of its obligations under the Act and these regulations. (Authority: 42 U.S.C. 6103)
