§ 89.25 Waters upon which Inland Rules 9(a)(ii), 14(d), and 15(b) apply. Inland Rules 9(a)(ii), 14(d), and 15(b) apply on the Great Lakes, the Western Rivers, and the following specified waters: (a) Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway. (b) Tombigbee River. (c) Black Warrior River. (d) Alabama River. (e) Coosa River. (f) Mobile River above the Cochrane Bridge at St. Louis Point. (g) Flint River. (h) Chattahoochee River.
