§ 150.501 How must emergency equipment be maintained and repaired? All lifesaving, firefighting, and other emergency equipment at a deepwater port, including additional equipment not required to be on board the deepwater port, must be maintained in good working order and repaired according to the deepwater port's planned maintenance program and the requirements outlined in this subpart.
