§ 149.693 What are the requirements for personnel landings on manned deepwater ports? (a) On manned deepwater ports, sufficient personnel landings must be provided to assure safe access and egress. (b) The personnel landings must be provided with satisfactory illumination. The minimum is 1 foot candle of artificial illumination as measured at the landing floor and guards and rails.
