33 C.F.R. § 149.301 — What are the requirements for lifesaving equipment?

§ 149.301 What are the requirements for lifesaving equipment? (a) Manned Deepwater Port. Each deepwater port on which at least one person occupies an accommodation space for more than 30 consecutive days in any successive 12-month period must comply with the requirements for lifesaving equipment in this subpart. (b) Unmanned Deepwater Port. Each deepwater port, not under paragraph (a) of this section, must comply with the requirements for lifesaving equipment for unmanned deepwater ports in this subpart.
