§ 148.1 What is the purpose of this subchapter? This subchapter prescribes regulations for the licensing, construction, design, equipment, and operation of deepwater ports under the Deepwater Port Act of 1974, as amended (codified at 33 U.S.C. 1501 et seq. ) (the Act).
