33 C.F.R. § 125.06 — Western rivers.

§ 125.06 Western rivers. The term western rivers as used in the regulations in this subchapter shall include only the Red River of the North, the Mississippi River and its tributaries above the Huey P. Long Bridge, and that part of the Atchafalaya River above its junction with the Plaquemine-Morgan City alternate waterway. [CGFR 57-52, 22 FR 10301, Dec. 20, 1957]
