§ 117.989 Trinity River. The draws of the Union Pacific Railroad bridges, mile 41.4 at Liberty, mile 54.8 at Kenefick, mile 117.3 at Goodrich, mile 181.8 at Riverside, and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad bridge, mile 96.2 at Romayor, need not be opened for the passage of vessels.
