33 C.F.R. § 117.913 — Ashepoo River.
§ 117.913 Ashepoo River. The draw of the Seaboard System Railroad bridge, mile 32.0 at Ashepoo, need not be opened for the passage of vessels. However, the draw shall be returned to operable condition within six months after notification by the District Commander to do so.
