§ 117.705 Beaver Dam Creek. The draw of the Ocean County bridge, mile 0.5 at Point Pleasant, shall open on signal from June 1 through September 30 and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. during April, May, October, and November. At all other times, the draw shall open on signal if at least 24 hours notice is given. [CGD 82–025, 49 FR 17452, Apr. 24, 1984; 49 FR 37382, Sept. 24, 1984]
