33 C.F.R. § 117.651 — St. Joseph River.

§ 117.651 St. Joseph River. The draws of the US33 (Blossomland) bridge, mile 0.9, and the BL–94 (Bicentennial) bridge, mile 1.3, both at St. Joseph, shall be operated as follows: (a) From March 1 through May 14, from October 1 through December 15, and from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. from May 15 through September 30, the draws shall open on signal. (b) From 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. from May 15 through September 30, the draw of the Blossomland bridge need be opened only from three minutes before to three minutes after the hour and half hour, and the draw of the Bicentennial bridge need be opened only from three minutes before to three minutes after the quarter and three-quarter hour. (c) From December 16 through the last day of February, the draw of both bridges shall open on signal if at least 12 hours notice is given. (d) Public vessels of the United States, state and local government vessels used for public safety, commercial vessels, and vessels in distress shall be passed through the draw of both bridges as soon as possible.
