§ 110.27 Lynn Harbor in Broad Sound, Mass. North of a line bearing 244° from the tower of the Metropolitan District Building, extending from the shore to a point 100 feet from the east limit of the channel; east of a line bearing 358°, extending thence to a point 100 feet east of the northeast corner of the turning basin; south of a line bearing 88°, extending thence to the shore; and south and west of the shoreline to its intersection with the south boundary.
