33 C.F.R. § 110.189a — Key West Harbor, Key West, Fla., naval explosives anchorage area.

§ 110.189a Key West Harbor, Key West, Fla., naval explosives anchorage area. (a) The anchorage ground. A circular area with its center at latitude 24°30′50.6″, longitude 81°50′31.6″ with a radius of 300 yards, for use for ammunition exceeding the prescribed limits for pier-side handling. (b) The regulations. (1) When occupied by a vessel handling explosives, no other vessel may enter the area unless authorized by the enforcing agency. (2) Only one vessel handling explosives may anchor in the area at one time. (3) No more than 300,000 pounds net of high explosives or equivalent may be handled in the area at any one time. (4) The regulations in this section shall be enforced by the Commander, U.S. Naval Base, Key West, Fla., and any other agencies he may designate.
