33 C.F.R. § 106.120 — Noncompliance.

§ 106.120 Noncompliance. When an OCS facility must temporarily deviate from the requirements of this part, the OCS facility owner or operator must notify the cognizant District Commander, and either suspend operations or request and receive permission from the District Commander to continue operating.
