33 C.F.R. § 105.530 — Qualifications of screeners.

§ 105.530 Qualifications of screeners. In addition to the requirements for facility personnel with security duties contained in § 105.210, screening personnel at cruise ship terminals must— (a) Have a combination of education and experience that the FSO has determined to be sufficient for the individual to perform the duties of the position; and (b) Be capable of using all screening methods and equipment needed to perform the duties of the position.
